The word “custom” is used quite often in the home improvement and interior design category. To truly offer custom designed service, your interior designer or contractor should be creating unique designs and using a variety of different vendors to meet your specific needs. For example; if you use a designer from a Big Box store or a home interior store, they will most likely use products and materials from their store. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but whether it’s cabinets, flooring, carpeting, paint, wall coverings or décor items, you want the best options and quality to meet your exact needs, not cookie cutter colors or brands.
